Within GCI in the United States, youth and children's ministries are a part of GenMin (Generations Ministries). GenMin helps churches foster cross-generational, cross-cultural, Christ-centered community through three component ministries:

> Family Ministry: providing resources that help churches and families disciple children, teens and young adults; minister through older adults; strengthen marriages and support parents.

> Camps & Missions Ministry: providing camps, short-term mission trips, family retreats and other events.

> Leadership Ministry: providing programs like Journey with the Master that help churches develop the next generation of servant-leaders and their mentors.
